You agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text (e.g., SMS and MMS) messages (e.g. cart reminders) from SAVELLI INC., including text messages that may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate. Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

Message frequency will vary. SAVELLI INC. reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time, so as to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages. SAVELLI INC. also reserves the right to change the short code or phone number from which messages are sent and we will make efforts to notify you when we do so.

Not all mobile devices or handsets may be supported and our messages may not be deliverable in all areas. SAVELLI INC., its service providers and the mobile carriers supported by SAVELLI INC. are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cancellation of Text Messaging: Text the keyword STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to our shortcode to cancel. After texting STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to our shortcode you will receive one additional message confirming that your request has been processed. You acknowledge that our text message platform may not recognize and respond to unsubscribe requests that do not include the STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT keyword commands and agree that SAVELLI INC. and its service providers will have no liability for failing to honor such requests. If you unsubscribe from one of our text message programs, you may continue to receive text messages from SAVELLI INC. through any other programs you have joined until you separately unsubscribe from those programs.

Sharing and Disclosure of Your Information

Preservation or Disclosure of Information in Law or Harm: SAVELLI INC. will not share Your private personal or non-personal information with any other parties, with the exception of our website and software developers and only for the purposes of constructing, developing or improving SAVELLI INC.’s website and/or software programs. This request can only be honored two (2) times a year and the request must be verified by SAVELLI INC. to be granted. In the event that SAVELLI INC. collects or uses any other additional categories of personal information not listed above, SAVELLI INC. will first provide You with notice of such intent.

Deactivation and Deletion of Account: SAVELLI INC. in its sole power and discretion can deactivate or delete any account of any User. Upon written request to SAVELLI INC. at info@savellibrooklyn.com, a deactivated account can be reactivated. A user can also request that his or her account be deactivated or deleted by contacting  info@savellibrooklyn.com. Deleting or deactivating Your account may not delete Your personal information collected by SAVELLI INC..

Right to Request Deletion of Information Collected: You have the right to request that SAVELLI INC. delete Your collected personal information. Upon the request to info@savellibrooklyn.com, we will delete the information, subject to our discretion, and direct any service providers to do the same. However, information necessary for SAVELLI INC.’s business may not be deleted, such as detecting security incidents, complying with a legal obligation, enabling solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with the expectations of the consumer based on the consumer’s relationship with the business, or otherwise using Your information internally, in a lawful manner.
